Conveyor 2

  • 4” I-Beam, capable of hanging the heaviest of industrial parts, and densely load large quantities of small parts to cut down cost to the customer.
  • 5 – Stage Wash Conveyor System:
  1. Alkaline Cleaner Bath
  2. Fresh water rinse
  3. Phosphate Bath
  4. Fresh water rinse
  5. Seal Rinse (if required)
  • 30’ x 60’ environmental room for powder storage and application of powder to parts.  This room has a 7.5 ton, Train AC/Humidity control unit.  This allows us to control the temperature of our powder at 70 degrees year round, resulting in less waste.
  • A Stainless steel Deimco spray Booth.
  • State of the art technology Gema Opti Flex 2 powder application guns.  Fully equipped with the capabilities of monthly software updates supplied by Gema.
  • 70’ Bake oven fired by Maxon Burners.
  • This entire line is equipped with high efficiency lighting, to cut energy cost & to allow for proper inspection throughout the entire powder coating process.
  • Part Size opening: 36” x 72”
  • Part Size Maximum Length: 216”

Batch Oven

  • 8’ x 8’ x 22’, Batch Oven manufactured by Rapid Engineering.  Equipped with a 1,500,000 BTU burner.
  • State of the artt technology Gema Opti Flex 2 powder application guns.  Fully equipped with the capabilities of monthly software updates supplied by Gema.

Thermal Stripping

  • We have the largest Burn Off oven in the surrounding area, with a part size capability of 120” x 120” x 120”
  • Having a burn off oven on site allows us to keep our cost down.  We do not have to send our hooks to another company to be cleaned, or use expensive propane tanks.
  • We offer full service stripping of parts.  If you are unhappy or tired of the current finish, we can burn it off and put on a brand new finish.
  • We do chemical strip small parts as well

Sandblasting

  • Large 4’ x 5’ oxide sandblast cabinet.
  • Extra Large 20’ x 40’ sandblast room.
  • Pirate Brand SPH Series 600 lbs pot mobile sandblaster.  This gives us the ability to sandblast any size object.

Oxide Scale Removal

  • HPC  has a Stainless Steel 2-Stage Oxide Scale Removal System
  1. Parts are submerged into a Chemical Stripping Agent bath for 5 minutes.
  2. Parts are then submerged into a Rust Inhibitor / RO Rinse bath for 5 minutes.
  • After the Oxide removal process, parts get taken to the appropriate Powder Coating line to be powder coated.
